10月14日消息 微软在推出了Windows 10更新十月版正式版之后，有一些用户报告，在升级到Windows 10更新十月版后，导致特定计算机上的声卡或音频出现问题，用户报告称，“音频输出设备未安装”的Bug错误。而现在微软正式推出了Windows 10 KB4468550更新，就是解决英特尔音频驱动失效问题。
微软表示之前用户如果安装了微软自动推送的英特尔智能声音技术驱动程序（版本09.21.00.3755）后，计算机音频可能会停止工作。同时微软表示全新的Windows 10 KB4468550更新解决了这个问题，并且将自动安装在出现问题的电脑上。
如果你的电脑没有出现音频问题，那么可以不用选择安装这个补丁。
